Make sure to save often. Clone any weapon or armor, including legendary's. As with cloning, you need egg and a host. Here you need the weapon you want to clone, and a vanilla version of it. The glitch will clone any mod and/or legendary effect, and absolutely free of charge (with a few exceptions). You will need a companion. Workaround is to take off the eyewear, save, quit to desktop, then relaunch and put the eyewear back on. In my experience, dying and having the game itself load the quicksave does not cause the issue. Only the quickload function seems to. I haven't yet tested hard saving and then manually loading that hard save. 1.Honestly if you’re playing with mods already, you should download a mod to remove the settlement build limit altogether. No reason you should have to do a glitch just to build a bit more. I have a mod that makes the build limit unlimited, combine that with place anywhere and scrap anything mods and boom no more glitches to build.
